LDS Converts Send Off 13th Child To Serve A Mission

This month an LDS couple sent off their 13th child to serve a mission.  Timoteo and Maria Manosig, sent off their son John to serve in the Philippines Cagayan de Oro Mission. Timoteo Manosig joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1974, at age 24. Timoteo and Maria were married in 1976 and Maria was baptized in 1977. The Manosig family was sealed in the Manila Temple in 1989.

Here’s a list of the 13 children who have served or are currently serving a mission.

  2. Oliver
  3. Holy-Man
  4. Irma
  5. Joan
  6. Sarah Jane
  7. Melchizedek
  8. Melanie
  9. Celestial
  10. Ericson
  11. Gladys
  12. Clarissa (currently serving in the Australia Melbourne Mission)
  13. John (will serve in the Philippines Cagayan de Oro Mission after completing his missionary training in Quezon City).

What an incredible act of faith!!
